Many Search Firms that seek to fill your leadership roles will require upfront costs associated with taking on your search request.

Typically billed and paid in 30% increments and often including additional expenses incurred by the firm in process.

These firms are receiving payment upfront for the exclusive rights to your position and are not required to fill your position. They are under no obligation to complete the search, but rather attempt to complete the search.

We understand the relationship assumptions made in these arrangements, but we do not believe this method provides increased value to clients.


Our Search Process is contingency based. This means there are zero upfront costs, or risks, to engage our non-exclusive services.

Our fees are billed upon the successful placement of your leadership candidate.

We believe in billing our clients for the successful completion of the search engagement and in turn, absorb interim in-house efforts and costs related to your search.

We do not bill you for our work efforts in search of your leadership candidate.
