This is an exclusive search on a position at the client’s discretion with the ultimate commitment of time, research and resources, to deliver passive executive leadership to your organization, free of conflict.
Our Executive Placements include a 1-year insurance policy.

No Commitment
Non-Exclusive - Your options remain open and flexible. We value head-to-head competition with alternative agencies, providing the client with the largest range of productivity potential.
Price-Per-Placement - Our standard Placement Fees are incurred only when a hire has been made. We use a standardized fee for our collective client base minimizing bias in the placement making process.
Insurance - Your hired candidate will always includes insurance for peace of mind, and determination of fit. A range of insurance options are available to correspond with the placement fee rate.
Selective Engagement: Contingent Searches are approved on a case by case basis and are not available for all searches. Please inquire to see if your search is available for contingent review.
