She advises executive leadership on how to structure their organizations with precision, ensuring that roles, reporting lines, and accountability systems are built to drive performance, maintain control, and support long-term scalability. With more than 20 years of experience across federal, corporate, and operational environments, Chianne has designed and implemented workforce structures for organizations ranging from 450 to over 2,500 employees. Her approach is direct, highly structured, and grounded in execution. Advisory engagements are shaped by prior leadership roles that include regional talent leadership at Amazon and executive HR leadership within a multi-venue hospitality organization.
Chianne began her career in the United States Army as a Paralegal Specialist, serving in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Working alongside command teams on investigations and legal matters, she developed a disciplined, uncompromising command of structure, accountability, and decision-making under pressure. That foundation continues to define her work today.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
