How We Work

What does an engagement cost?

Fees are capped and agreed before the search begins. Engagement structures are matched to the seat and its significance, retained for C suite and critical leadership roles and contingent where that fits the client better. There are no incremental charges for travel, sourcing or administration.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. Every placement carries its own guarantee ranging from three months, to six or twelve months depending on the role and fee structure. If a placed leader leaves inside that window, we replace them.

Who runs the search?

Every executive search is led personally by the founder, with a single point of contact from launch to placement. All management searches are run by our team of talent professionals with the founder as a final screen and single point of contact for presentation. Candidates are identified directly from companies that look like yours, and most are not on the market when we reach them.

Where do you work?

Nationally. Gravity Talent Partners is based in Newburyport, Massachusetts and conducts searches across the United States for restaurant, hotel and hospitality companies. Owner's representation and advisory engagements are currently concentrated in New England with travel options across the country on request.

Do you travel for on site work?

Yes. Client intake, candidate interviews and owner's representation property walks happen on site when the engagement calls for it. Travel is built into the engagement rather than billed back.
