What You Will Own
Own the gated capital workflow from feasibility through delivery
Lead community expansion and development projects across the portfolio
Manage budgets, schedules and partners for capital projects
Build the processes and team that deliver the capital program
Report to leadership on cost, schedule and risk
What We Are Looking For
Construction or development leadership for a multi site owner or operator
Experience running a gated capital process
Expansion and ground up development experience
A leader who builds project teams and processes
Clear reporting to senior leadership

Est. $200K to $250K base plus bonus, full time.

The Construction Executive Role
A construction executive at an owner and operator leads the capital program from the owner's side: deciding what gets built and why, setting budgets and schedules, choosing the right partners, and delivering projects safely, on time and on budget.
Day to day, that means feasibility and planning, design management, contracting and procurement, oversight of general contractors and project managers, and clear reporting to senior leadership on cost, schedule and risk.
The strongest candidates have delivered complex capital programs across many sites at once, built project management teams and processes, and earned the trust of operators who live with the result.
Candidates usually come from vice president or director of construction, development or capital projects roles with owners, operators or large construction managers.
