Lisa built her talent acquisition foundation in demanding, high volume industries, recruiting for Forever 21 in fast fashion, Sazerac in spirits and CPG sales, and Samsung Ads in technology, before finding her focus in hospitality. With The Chef Agency, she partnered with luxury hotels, resorts, private clubs, and restaurants across the United States and the Caribbean, including Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Kimpton, and Outrigger.

Wanting to understand the industry from the inside, Lisa stepped out of recruiting and into the kitchen, working as a Sous Chef and Event Assistant for a luxury private chef company in Hawaiʻi. That experience gave her something few recruiters have: a working knowledge of the pace, pressure, and craft behind exceptional guest experiences, and a sharper eye for the people who thrive in it.
