What started as a high school summer job at fifteen became nearly thirty years of something I never walked away from. The reason is simple. I have never met a competitor willing to outwork me, and I have built this firm on the belief that diligence, efficiency, lean architecture, not scale, not marketing, not headcount, is the only advantage that actually holds up over time.

That is what built this firm.

It is what drives every search we run. And it is why, for the clients we serve, competition stops being a factor. When the work ethic is not close, the comparison is not either.

This is a people business. It always has been. Nearly thirty years later, that has never been more true.
